What is EIK? Bulgarian Company Identification Explained

EIK (Единен идентификационен код) is a 9 or 13-digit unique identification code assigned to every registered entity in Bulgaria. It serves as the company's tax ID, commercial register ID, and VAT number prefix (BG + EIK). Every Bulgarian invoice must include the seller's and buyer's EIK.
