Export Parsed Invoices to Excel

Excel remains the most widely used tool for invoice tracking and bookkeeping. NeuralParse creates clean, structured spreadsheets with all invoice data mapped to dedicated columns — no copy-pasting required.

How the Excel Export Works

After parsing your PDF invoice, NeuralParse generates an Excel file with two layers:

Invoice header — invoice number, date, seller/buyer details, EIK, payment method, currency, net amount, VAT, and total.

Line items — each product/service on a separate row with description, quantity, unit price, VAT rate, and total. All cells are sanitized against formula injection.

Batch Export for Multiple Invoices

Pro users can batch-upload up to 10 invoices and export them all into a single Excel workbook with a Summary sheet and individual invoice sheets.
